Know Before You Go
Get the Most Out of Your Meeting Experience
Whether you're traveling to New Orleans or attending the annual meeting virtually, an array of exciting features and experiences await you next week!
The 64th ASH Annual Meeting is intended to be experienced as a truly hybrid event. All speakers will be presenting their talks in person in New Orleans, and unless otherwise noted, all events and sessions will take place in person and be broadcast simultaneously on the meeting’s virtual platform. You also have the added flexibility to watch sessions on demand that may have taken place while you were participating in another activity (or on the trip home!)
Take Advantage of the Virtual Platform From Anywhere
The annual meeting virtual platform will open on Wednesday, December 7, at 9:00 a.m. Central time and is available to all attendees. Be sure to bookmark annualmeeting.hematology.org to access the platform. Log in during Preview Days to get re-acquainted with the platform and build your schedule. A real-time close captioning feature that can be activated or deactivated at your convenience will be available on the virtual platform.
Please note, you will need the ASH username and password you used to register for the meeting to log in to the platform. If you have forgotten your password, visit https://sso.hematology.org and click "Forgot password?" Vaccination Verification and Badge Pick-up
Prior to arriving at the convention center in New Orleans, upload your proof of vaccination to get your green health pass which you must show along with an ID at one of two available registration badge pick-up locations (the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport – near baggage claim, or the Ernest N.
