ASH Store

ASH offers a variety of products to aid hematologists in their professional development. Stop by the ASH Store in the San Diego Convention Center Sails Pavilion to browse the latest ASH educational products, which will be available for a discounted on-site rate. Attendees will also be able to apply for or renew their membership at the ASH Store.

Network and Collaborate

Reserve a collaboration room, regroup with colleagues, and discover special lounges available for ASH Foundation donors and trainees.

Collaboration Rooms

Small conference rooms for 10 to 20 people will be available for attendees to meet in a more private space to better facilitate networking and collaboration. Rooms will be pre-set with a conference table and chairs, a flat screen monitor, and cables to connect laptops. Each attendee will be limited to one 45-minute reservation per day.

Reserve a Room

Reservations may also be made on site in ASH Central or through the annual meeting mobile app (available in November). Please note that space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Back-to-back reservations are prohibited, and no catering or additional audio-visual equipment is permitted.

Collaboration rooms are intended for non-commercial attendees (physicians, researchers, etc.) to meet with each other. They are not designed nor available for industry representatives to conduct meetings of a commercial nature. Industry is welcome to request ancillary event space or exhibitor meeting rooms.

Hematology MeetUps

Multiple seating areas with tables and chairs will be placed in the lobby areas of the San Diego Convention Center, Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego, and Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina to enable attendees to meet one another for informal, impromptu conversations and small meetings. Look for "Hematology MeetUp" areas designated on the campus map to find the nearest location.
