Annual Meeting Press Briefing Schedule

ASH will hold a series of press briefings before and during the meeting that will be offered live both in-person and on the virtual platform. The schedule and abstracts selected for the press briefings will be updated here and emailed to registered reporters in November 2021.

Only registered media may attend the live press briefings and access the press briefing recordings on demand via the virtual platform. Learn more about media registration at the Annual Meeting.

2021 ASH Annual Meeting Media Preview

Registered media are invited to join a pre-meeting webinar hosted by ASH leaders in late November 2021. The discussion will highlight important themes and trends that will be covered at the annual meeting and previews groundbreaking research to be presented.

Official 2021 ASH Annual Meeting Press Briefings

ASH is pleased to offer several live press briefings on-site in Atlanta, which will simultaneously be livestreamed on the annual meeting virtual platform. These briefings will consist of brief study presentations, moderator remarks, and a moderated Q&A.

Embargoed oral presentations that will be discussed in the briefings will be available for registered reporters on demand in the press-only area of the virtual meeting platform starting December 8. Media are welcome to contact presenters directly if they wish to request slides separately. All briefing recordings, in addition to all available annual meeting session recordings, will be available on the virtual meeting platform through February 1, 2022.

Embargoes for studies included in these press briefings will lift at the start of the briefing unless otherwise indicated.
