Certificate of Completion Information
This activity is being planned to offer 12.5 contact hours and will take place on May 1-2, 2026. This activity will not provide Continuing Medical Education (CME) credit to participants.
To claim a Certificate of Completion, registered attendees must complete the online program evaluation through the ASH Academy by Monday, August 3, 2026.
