Neurodivergence

ASH Accessibility Concierge

Leading up to the meeting and while on site in Orlando, ASH staff will check in periodically with meeting attendees on their meeting experience. In addition, if attendees need assistance during the meeting, they can contact [email protected] for anything they may need.


Information on all accessibility services will be available at all ASH-related information Desks.

Accessible Seating in Session Rooms

Chairs will be marked with floormats, or chair covers to designate specific seating for those who require this option.

Information on neurodivergent services will be available at all ASH-related information Desks.

Quiet Rooms

Quiet Rooms have been designated in the Orange County Convention Center, where attendees may relax or take a break from the pace of the meeting. These rooms may also be used for non-denominational religious meditation or prayer (which could require gender-specific spaces).

Locations:

  • Female Room – OCCC, West Building, Level 1 Room 108A
  • Male Room – OCCC, West Building, Level 1 Room 108B
