ASH has secured discounted hotel rooms at each Highlights of ASH meeting location. Please note that each meeting ends late Saturday afternoon. To ensure your safe and comfortable travel, ASH has secured rooms at the discounted rate through Saturday night.
To make your hotel reservation online, locate the date and city below for the meeting you have registered for, click the “Reserve Room” button, and follow the instructions to secure your room.
To make your reservation over the phone, please call the hotel directly and identify yourself as an American Society of Hematology meeting attendee. Rates cannot be adjusted at check-in or check-out if you fail to identify yourself as a meeting attendee at the time you make your reservation.

Hotel Cancellations
To avoid a penalty, hotel cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to 6:00 p.m. on the scheduled arrival date. Any cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will be subject to a charge of one night's room rate plus tax.
