ASH ALL in AYAs Guidelines: Relapse/Refractory Management

Over recent years, relapsed or refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in adolescents and young adults (AYAs) has been recognized as a distinct clinical challenge, with resistance to initial therapy and increasing use of novel immunotherapies and transplant‑based strategies. The purpose of these guidelines is to provide evidence‑based recommendations to guide treatment decisions for AYAs with relapsed or refractory ALL.
