ASH ALL in AYAs Guidelines: Frontline Management

Over recent years, evolving data on outcomes and treatment related toxicity in adolescents and young adults (AYAs) with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), together with variable use of pediatric- and adult-inspired regimens, have highlighted the need for careful balancing of treatment intensity and tolerability in frontline care. The purpose of these guidelines is to provide evidence-based recommendations to support treatment decision-making for AYAs with newly diagnosed ALL.
