Virtual Platform

As a registered media attendee, you will have access to the annual meeting virtual platform when it opens on Wednesday, December 6 at 6:00 a.m. Pacific time (9:00 a.m. Eastern time) for the Preview Days (December 6-8). Bookmark https://annualmeeting.hematology.org for quick access. Once on the platform, you will have access to all attendee areas of the platform and press materials through February 1, 2024.

Log in during Preview Days to get acquainted with the platform and build your schedule. A real-time close captioning feature that can be activated or deactivated at your convenience will be available on the virtual platform. Please note, you will need the ASH username and password you used to register for the meeting to log into the platform. 

In the virtual Press Room, click on the “Connect with Participants” button to contact presenters directly for interview requests.

For the best user experience and streaming quality, we recommend using Google Chrome. The platform is also supported by Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge. Internet Explorer (“IE 11”) is no longer supported, as videos will not play. You may contact ASH if you have difficulty accessing the platform or have any other questions.
