Features and Navigation

Some sessions will be available live while others will be available for on-demand viewing. When you identify a session of interest, select "Add to Calendar" to add the session to your personal Outlook, iCal, or Google Calendar. For live sessions, the pre-determined air date will populate in the calendar appointment, but for on-demand sessions you have the option of adjusting the session date and time so that you can remind yourself to come back and view the session at your convenience.

Yes. The meeting will feature a mix of live and on-demand sessions. There will be a total of 8 live question/answer periods based on themes from the on-demand sessions. These live experiences have been scheduled at designated times; check the "Sessions" page for further details. Attendees can pose questions and engage in scientific discussion in real time. All live sessions will be made available on-demand after the session concludes for attendees to watch at their convenience.

Choose "Sessions" from the "Program" menu at the top of any page, or click the "Sessions" tile on the home page of the platform.

  1. At the top of the Sessions page, click the "Filter by Session Type" box
  2. Choose "Live Sessions," "On-Demand Sessions," or both options.
  3. You also have the ability to filter by disease area and/or region.

You cannot download the presentations or slides. This year's virtual platform will be open from March 16 through April 29. Sessions presented at the 63rd Annual Meeting & Exposition are available for purchase through Webcasts.

No, there are no webcasts for the meeting this year. However, some content was originally presented at the 63rd ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition. Annual meeting webcasts are available for purchase.

Attending the Meeting

You must first be registered for the Highlights of ASH in order to access the platform. The virtual meeting platform is available at highlights.hematology.org beginning at 9 a.m. Eastern time on March 16.

To log in, enter your ASH credentials (user ID and password) used when you registered.

Log-in credentials include your ASH username and the password you use or recently created to attend this meeting. You should have received an email that included your username. Please check your SPAM email folder in case you did receive it. If you need assistance retrieving your username or updating your password, please contact ASH Customer Service at [email protected], or by phone at 866-828-1231 (U.S. Only), or 202-776-0544. Alternatively, you can visit https://sso.hematology.org and click on the "Forgot password?" link to update your credentials.

No, you do not need a webcam. You are able to participate with just your audio. The platform will allow you to have video chat with other participants but there is no requirement for you to participate with your camera. It is your choice to accept or decline if a participant invites you to a video chat.

Yes, the site can be viewed on a mobile device and will be formatted for mobile viewing.

The platform will open on March 16 and sessions will remain available for on-demand viewing through April 29.

Please first check that you are using the latest version of your browser. Make sure you are not using Internet Explorer and check your internet connection. If the problem persists, once you are on the platform and have successfully logged in, please click on the "Technical Support" link which can be found at the bottom of every page on the platform.

The Highlights of ASH virtual platform opens on March 16, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern time with pre-recorded content for the North America region released first. Live and recorded sessions for North America, Mediterranean, Latin America and Asia-Pacific regions will be released as per the schedule-at-glance.

Information for Corporate Supporters

All exhibitors received confirmation letters for their virtual booth package, which included a link and password to the Exhibitor Resource Center. On your Exhibitor Resource Center home page, there is a tile for Exhibitor Registration. Networking

Click "Networking" at the top of any page, or click the "Networking" tile on the home page of the platform. A new browser tab will open and you will be able to connect with other meeting participants.

The virtual meeting platform provides several options for connecting with other registered virtual meeting participants through the "Networking" page of the meeting platform. There are options to engage in text-based chats, video chats on a one-on-basis or up to 50 participants invited by the meeting's host.

Yes!

Attendees do not need to attend the live sessions as they air in order to claim credit for them. Attendees can view live sessions as they are broadcast or “watch again” after they have concluded; the play button on those sessions will change from Watch Now to Watch Again a few minutes after the conclusion.
Attendees have the duration of their meeting registration package to view content. The deadline to claim credit for the CME-certified portions is June 16, 2022. For detailed information on claiming CME credits, please visit hematology.org/meetings/cme-moc-information.
