Some sessions will be available live while others will be available for on-demand viewing. When you identify a session of interest on the meeting platform, select "Add to Calendar" to add the session to your personal Outlook, iCal, or Google Calendar. For live sessions, the pre-determined air date will populate in the calendar appointment, but for on-demand sessions you have the option of adjusting the session date and time so that you can remind yourself to come back and view the session at your convenience.

You cannot download the presentations or slides. This year's virtual platform will be open from September 8 through October 8, 2021. Meeting webcasts are available for purchase on ASH Academy on Demand.

Once you log onto the virtual meeting platform, choose "Sessions" from the "Program" menu at the top of any page, or click the "Sessions" tile on the home page of the platform:

  1. At the top of the Sessions page, click the "Filter by Session Type" box
  2. You also have the ability to filter by disease area and/or region.

All live sessions will become available to "Watch Again" after they have been broadcast. Any sessions that were originally presented live will remain under the "Live Sessions" filter.

Webcasts will be available starting on Saturday, September 18, 2021. You can purchase webcasts from the meeting on ASH Academy on Demand.

Attending

No, you do not need a webcam. The platform will allow you to have video chat with other participants but there is no requirement for you to participate with your camera. It is your choice to accept or decline if a participant invites you to a video chat.

Yes, the virtual platform can be viewed on a mobile device and will be formatted for mobile viewing.

Please first check that you are using the latest version of your browser. Make sure you are not using Internet Explorer and check your internet connection. If the problem persists, once you are on the platform and have successfully logged in, please click on the "Technical Support" link which can be found at the bottom of every page on the platform. If you are having trouble logging onto the virtual meeting platform, or need help with your ASH username and/or password, please contact ASH Customer Service at [email protected].

You must first be registered for the ASH Meeting on Hematologic Malignancies in order to access the platform. The virtual meeting platform is available at this link. To log in, enter your ASH credentials (user ID and password) used when you registered.

The platform will open on September 8 and will be available through October 8. For those registering after the platform is live, please allow 5 to 10 minutes for information to be verified after receiving your meeting confirmation. Please note, you will not be able to access session content until the official start date of the meetings:

Networking

Click "Networking" at the top of any page on the virtual meeting platform, or click the "Networking" tile on the home page of the platform. A new browser tab will open and you will be able to connect with other meeting participants.

The virtual platform provides several options for connecting with other registered virtual meeting participants through the "Networking" page of the meeting platform. There are options to engage in text-based chats, video chats on a one-on-one basis, or with up to 50 participants invited by the meeting's host.

Program and Schedule

Yes! In order to claim AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ and ABIM MOC points, or to request a certificate of participation (non-physicians), attendees must complete the online program evaluation survey. Click the "CME Information" tab in the Consultative Hematology Course virtual platform menu for more information on claiming CME and ABIM MOC credit. The deadline to claim CME/MOC or request a certificate of attendance is December 31, 2021.

Yes. The meeting will feature a mix of live and on-demand sessions. There will be a total of eight live question/answer periods based on themes from the on-demand sessions. These live experiences have been scheduled at designated times; check the "Sessions" page for further details. Attendees can pose questions and engage in scientific discussion in real time. All live sessions will be made available on-demand after the session concludes for attendees to watch at their convenience.
