Visit the Virtual Exhibit Hall

Visit with over 250 exhibitors at the 2021 ASH Annual Meeting to see the latest technology and research in hematology and learn about a wide range of products and services. Companies represented include pharmaceutical companies, medical suppliers, publishers, nonprofit organizations, and clinical diagnostic and research-based companies. For in-person participants, the state-of-the-art exhibit hall will be located in Halls B1-B4 at the Georgia World Congress Center. Virtual exhibits will be available for the duration of the virtual meeting.

In-Person Exhibit Hours

 Saturday, December 11  11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
 Sunday, December 12  10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
 Monday, December 13  10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Lunch Available Sunday and Monday

ASH will provide a complimentary light lunch in the exhibit hall for in-person participants at the following times:

Saturday, December 11 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Sunday, December 12  11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Monday, December 13  12:00 noon – 1:30 p.m.

Visit the ASH Booth

ASH is more than just the annual meeting. Stop by the ASH Booth (#3133) to learn more about the Society’s resources and opportunities for hematologists at all career levels. ASH staff will be available at the booth to answer questions about ASH meetings, programs, resources, and initiatives and to assist with membership applications and renewals.

Be sure to pick up a giveaway and the most recent issues of ASH publications, including Blood, The Hematologist, and ASH Clinical News – and don’t forget to ask about product discounts available exclusively at the annual meeting.

Visit the ASH RC Kiosk

Come to the ASH Research Collaborative Kiosk, located at ASH Central, for information on the Data Hub and Clinical Trials Network (CTN). The Data Hub will have technical question office hours where a staff member will be available to answer your questions about submitting and querying real world evidence. CTN staff will also be available with information about our Network sites and answer questions from industry partners and researchers. The ASH RC Kiosk will feature educational resources on clinical trials participation, Data Hub demos, interactive talks and more.

Visit the Product Theaters

Product theaters, which are offered in-person and virtually at the ASH annual meeting, will feature exhibitor presentations on new research findings and products. Sessions are promotional in nature and continuing medical education credits will not be provided.

In-Person product theaters can accommodate up to 150 participants and will be located in Halls B1-B2 at the Georgia World Congress Center. Light breakfast or lunch will be provided.

Engage with Industry

Explore the Pharmaceutical Pipelines and Clinical Trials Directories for current information and insight on the status of hematologic pharmaceuticals in development and clinical trials that can lead to improved patient care and outcomes.

The Pharmaceutical Pipeline Directory is searchable by hematologic disease pathway, phase, keyword, and company name. Listings will include compound name, indication, and phase. The Clinical Trials Directory will be searchable by hematologic disease pathway, phase, location, company name, and keyword. Listings will include compound name, study title, NCT number with link to clinicaltrials.gov, study type, trial locations, and contact information.

Attend a Company Focus on Disease Poster session offered on the virtual platform on Wednesday, December 15 or Thursday, December 16. These non-CME poster sessions will showcase a curated group of posters focused on a specific disease area and include a moderated discussion between a company representative and poster presenters.
