Drug Company Assistance
Shire Human Genetic Therapies Inc. operates the OnePath Patient Assistance Program to help uninsured patients gain access to velaglucerase alfa. To get started on OnePath, you must sign up for a case manager. This can be done online or over the phone by calling 1-866-888-0660, option 3, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM ET.
Patients with insurance are can be eligible for copay assistance through OnePath. You must sign up for a case manager (as directed above) who will verify eligibility and submit the approval paperwork. If approved, you will receive the OnePath copay card along with directions on how to submit the drug charges.
