Access Programs for Ruxolitinib
Drug Company Assistance
The IncyteCARES program can help patients receive ruxolitinib for free or at reduced cost.
Uninsured patients can enroll in the program by filling out the enrollment form and faxing it to 1-855-525-7207. Please note that there are sections to be filled out by the patient and healthcare provider.
Patients with insurance whose household income is less than $125,000 a year will most likely qualify for copay assistance, which may reduce their monthly payments to as low as $25. To enroll in the copay assistance program, call 1-855-452-5234, Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM ET. You can also email for questions or to check eligibility.
Foundation Assistance
The Patient Access Network Foundation also offers co-pay assistance for patients needing ruxolitinib. Please read the application instructions, and then follow the prompts on the online application.
