The Johnson and Johnson Patient Assistance Foundation can help patients receive rivaroxaban for free or at reduced cost.To check eligibility, please call 1-800-652-6227 between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, or visit the website eligibility page. To apply, you can download the application and mail or fax it along with the supporting documents to 1-888-526-5168. Please note that portions of the phone need to be completed by the healthcare provider.
