The Celgene Patient Support website offers a range of support for patients needing lenalidomide.
Patients without insurance may qualify for free medication if they meet certain income and asset criteria. If a patient is eligible, they will need to fill out the enrollment formand fax it to 1-800-822-2496, or use the online enrollment option.
