Access Programs for Lenalidomide

Drug Company Assistance

The Celgene Patient Support website offers a range of support for patients needing lenalidomide.

Patients without insurance may qualify for free medication if they meet certain income and asset criteria. To determine eligibility, please call 1-800-931-8691 or send an email to Celgene patient support. If a patient is eligible, they will need to fill out the enrollment formand fax it to 1-800-822-2496, or use the online enrollment option.

While Celgene does not have a co-pay assistance program, they do provide patient support specialists that can help insured patients find alternative funding sources for their medication. Please call 1-800-931-8691 or send an email to receive assistance.

If a patient receives an insurance denial, Celgene will help with the appeal. Download, fill out, and submit the appointment of representative form for this specific type of assistance.

Finally, patients on Medicare may receive low-income subsidies if they meet certain financial criteria. Please visit the Medicare Prescription Drug website to check eligibility requirements and enroll.

 Foundation Assistance

The Health Well Foundation provides grants for patients with insurance who have trouble affording lenalidomide. Patients or providers can apply online or call 1-800-675-8416 to speak with a representative.

The Patient Access Network Foundation also offers co-pay assistance for patients needing lenalidomide. Please read the application instructions, and then follow the prompts on the online application.

Diplomat Financial Assistance offers co-pay assistance for lenalidomide. Please fill out the online form to determine eligibility.
