Access Programs for Eculizumab
Drug Company Assistance
Doctors wishing to treat patients with eculizumab must first register with the Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy program (REMS). This webpage will provide links to important documents like the Prescriber Introductory Letter and Enrollment Form and the Patient Introductory Letter and Voluntary Enrollment Form.

Foundation Assistance
The National Organization for Rare Disorders (NORD) has an assistance program specifically helping patients with Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH). In some cases, they may be able to assist with infusion costs for both uninsured and underinsured patients. They may also provide other financial assistance for other expenses related to patient care. For more information, please call 1-800-999-6673, ext. 324.
