Join ASH in a National Day of Action to Support NIH Funding

ASH is sponsoring and participating in the 9th annual Rally for Medical Research Hill Day taking place today, September 23. Participants from more than 350 partnering organizations, including ASH, will be meeting virtually with House and Senate offices to call on our nation’s policymakers to continue their steadfast support for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and make continued investment in scientific research a priority.

Sustained funding for the NIH is one of the most important investments our country can make, but our ability to do so is contingent on a strong, unwavering commitment from Congress. Even our friends on Capitol Hill need to hear from their constituents to make research a priority. Join ASH to “rally for medical research” and contact your Senators and Representative TODAY to make sure they understand the impact that inadequate funding has on medical research and that there needs to be sustained funding for biomedical research.
