Hotel and Travel Information for the FDA-ASH Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) Clinical Endpoints Workshop

A limited number of hotel rooms for the 2018 ASH Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) Clinical Endpoints Workshop have been reserved at the Hilton Washington DC/Rockville Hotel & Executive Meeting Center for meeting attendees. ASH is pleased to offer a discounted room rate of $239, plus applicable taxes (approximately 15%).

To secure the discounted room rate, you must contact the hotel no later than Monday, September 17.

Hotel Cancellations

To avoid a penalty, hotel cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. Any cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will be subject to a charge of one night's room rate plus tax.
