ASH Academy Frequently Asked Questions

As ASH prepares to launch the new ASH Academy on March 6, 2026, we want to ensure that ASH Academy Users have the information they need to feel confident and ready for the transition. Below are answers to some common questions about what to expect. ASH will be sharing additional guidance in the months to come.

1. Why is ASH Academy moving to a new Learning Management System (LMS)?

The new ASH Academy platform will offer a more intuitive, user-friendly experience with improved navigation, advanced search features, AI-enabled content recommendations, and a mobile app to help you access educational content anytime, anywhere.

2. When will the new LMS launch?

The new ASH Academy will launch on March 6, 2026.

3. Will my login information stay the same?

Yes. Your username and password will remain the same, and you will log in just as you do now. The URL for accessing ASH Academy will remain the same as well.

4. Will I still have access to my courses?

Yes. All active enrollments and completed activity records will carry over to the new LMS. You will still have access to the content you’re currently enrolled in, as long as the activities remain available. This applies to all types of content on the LMS, including courses, self-assessments, and webcasts.

5. Will my progress be saved?

For any learning activities that are not actively running at the time of launch, you will need to complete them for your status to be saved. Any activities that are started but not completed will require you to start over in the new LMS. For this reason, we recommend finishing any self-paced activities you have started but not yet completed before the launch date.

6. Will my certificates and transcripts transfer?

Yes. Your earned certificates, CME/CPD credits, and transcript records will move with you to the new LMS.
