The ASH-Richard T. Silver, MD Abstract Achievement Award for Myeloproliferative Neoplasms (MPNs)
The ASH-Richard T. Silver, MD Abstract Achievement Award for Myeloproliferative Neoplasms (MPNs) is part of the ASH Abstract Achievement Award program. This annual award shall be granted to eligible trainee in the Resident and Post-Doc categories with five or fewer years of research experience following the completion of their residency or terminal doctoral degree, who is the first author and presenter of a high scoring abstract submitted in the field of Myeloproliferative Neoplasms (MPNs). The recipient shall receive a $4,000 honorarium. Awardees also receive a $500 travel allowance for travel to the annual meeting* and complimentary registration to the current year’s ASH annual meeting.
*Travel allowance is contingent on presenting in person at the annual meeting and is not applicable for virtual presentations.
