Robert Kyle, MD


Throughout his career, Robert Kyle, MD, has published more than 1,850 scientific papers and abstracts on myeloma. Much of today's medical knowledge about the disease is largely due to his work. Among his several honors, Dr. Kyle was the first recipient of the Waldenstrom's Award in 2001 and is the winner of the 2008 Wallace H. Coulter Award for Lifetime Achievement in Hematology.

He currently serves as a director and member of the International Myeloma Foundation's Scientific Advisory Board and is a professor at the Mayo Medical School in Rochester, Minnesota.
