Critical research funding is being cut. Promising hematology careers are at risk. The Fight4Hematology campaign is ASH’s bold response, ensuring today's scientists and clinicians can continue life-saving work without interruption. Every dollar donated to the Greatest Needs Fund supports fellow hematologists — ensuring their research, training, and innovation continue to advance the field. Join the #Fight4Hematology today — because research can’t wait, and patients can’t either.

To support trainees today is to establish a good foundation for the future so it can be a gentler and less tragic journey for others. My father was a casualty in the HLH battle, but I have hope and faith that humanity will win the war.

#Fight4Hematology

ASH is fighting for hematology in the face of executive orders and other federal actions that threaten research and patient care. Follow the #Fight4Hematology Action Hub to stay up-to-date on ASH's efforts and learn four easy ways you can help protect the future of hematology. Use your voice to drive change!

Join the Fight

The ASH Foundation Run/Walk occurs each year during the annual meeting to benefit the ASH Greatest Needs Fund. Proceeds from all individual and group registration fees as well as additional individual donations will support various ASH awards to help ensure members can continue their vital hematology work.

Every stage of a career in hematology whether as a clinician, researcher, trainee, advocate, or educator is indelibly linked to ASH. Because of this, I don’t know any greater champion for the discovery and rapid dissemination of advancements in the field. A gift to the ASH Foundation is an investment in ensuring continued growth in every facet of hematology and, most importantly, their translation to patients with blood disorders around the world.
