ASH Clinical Practice Guidelines on Immune Thrombocytopenia

Over recent years, there has been an increase in available treatment options, evidence, and clinical experience related to the management of adults with primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP). The 2026 ASH guidelines focus on initial and second-line therapy for adults with primary ITP and provide evidence-based recommendations to support treatment decision-making.
