Health Equity Collective
Recognizing the need for a paradigm shift in inequitable health care practices, ASH established the Health Equity Collective (the Collective) in 2021. The Collective represents a cooperative enterprise of support opportunity areas for organizations seeking to help stop the trajectory and minimize the impact of health care inequality. Through participation in the Health Equity Collective, your organization will be able to take measurable action toward this important goal.
The Health Equity Collective builds on ASH’s work over the last 20 years to combat health inequity, and through the support of partnering organizations, takes tangible steps to dismantle inequitable practices within the health care community.
The program is comprehensive and holistic, looking to drive substantive change across recruitment, retention, education, and clinical trials. Each year’s progress will build upon the last, driving long‐lasting impact across the hematology field. Through participation in the Collective, your organization will contribute to measurable progress toward this shared goal.
