Certificate of Attendance Information
To Claim Certificate of Attendance:
- Log into the ASH ACADEMY at academy.hematology.org using your ASH username and password. Click the login link in the top right corner of the page.
- Go to Dashboard and Select “View Course” next to the Course title.
- Complete the Demographic and Overall Survey.
- Complete the Session Evaluations.
- Get Your Certificate.
- Select “Get Participation Certificate”
- Then, Print/Save your Certificate
This activity is being planned to offer an estimated 12 contact hours and will take place on April 25-26, 2025. This activity will not provide CME credit to participants.
To claim a Certificate of Attendance, registered attendees must complete the online program evaluation surveys through ASH Academy on Demand by Friday, July 25, 2025. Instructions can be found below and also in the meeting mobile app.
