Resources for Parents

Child Care

Child care at the ASH Annual Meeting is free!

To help support parents attending the annual meeting, ASH has made arrangements with KiddieCorp to provide free child care services at the meeting beginning on Friday, December 10, through Tuesday, December 14. KiddieCorp staff members are bonded and trained child care specialists. Snacks, light meals, and beverages will be provided each day.

For safety reasons, there are some new COVID-19 considerations this year:

  • The location of the child care room will be in the adjacent Omni Hotel at CNN Center instead of inside the convention center. Because some children may be unvaccinated, the location was selected to minimize the interactions between vaccinated attendees and unvaccinated children. The Omni Hotel at CNN Center is connected to the convention center, allowing parents to conveniently drop off, pick up, or visit their children between sessions.
  • All meeting participants are required to be vaccinated to attend the in-person meeting and must wear a protective facial mask while indoors.
  • All staff working in the child care room will also be vaccinated and will wear protective facial masks.
  • ASH will follow the CDC guidance for indoor mask wearing, which means that all children 2 years or older must wear a protective facial mask in order to be enrolled in the indoor child care, regardless of their vaccination status.

To register and for additional information, visit the KiddieCorp website or contact KiddieCorp’s Program Manager, Lesley Medina, at 800-942-9947 ext. 207.

Space is limited, so please register your child by November 12 to ensure participation.
