This year’s in-person annual meeting will be broadcast online via the meeting’s virtual platform with the opportunity for virtual participants to ask questions of the presenters in real time. Attendees in New Orleans can also watch sessions from anywhere while at the meeting.
Unless otherwise noted, all events and sessions will take place in person and be broadcast simultaneously on the meeting’s virtual platform. All faculty and presenters are required to travel to New Orleans to participate in their sessions in person.
The platform will also include sessions as well as access to Q&A, networking, CME/MOC, exhibits, and more. Browse the full program.
All registered attendees for the ASH annual meeting will have access to the annual meeting virtual platform when it opens on Wednesday, December 7, at 9:00 a.m. Central time for Preview Days. Access the platform directly via:

Note: To log in to the platform, you will need your ASH username and password that you used to register for the meeting. If you need assistance retrieving your username or updating your password, you can visit https://sso.hematology.org/ and click on the "Forgot password?" link to update your credentials. If you’re having technical issues and/or trouble accessing sessions or other virtual platform features, don’t hesitate to reach out for help!
For help accessing the virtual meeting platform, please contact the ASH Customer Service Department by emailing [email protected] or calling 866-828-1231 (U.S. toll free) or 001-202-776-0544 (for international callers). ASH is pleased to offer 24-hour support, beginning Wednesday, December 7, and through December 13. More information can be found on ASH’s Customer Service page.
If you have successfully accessed the platform but are having difficulty with one of its features, please use the online Chatbot, Help, or Technical Support links within the platform for technical assistance.
Search for "ASH 2022" on either iOS or Android. Full access to the mobile app and meeting materials, including Hematology 2022, will be available only to meeting registrants (in-person and virtual participants). Tap the calendar icon within the app to bookmark the sessions you’re interested in and build your own personal schedule for the meeting. Key Protocols for the 2022 ASH Annual Meeting:
- Vaccination will be required for all in-person meeting attendees. Verify now.
- ASH is offering complimentary* medical evacuation and quarantine support coverage. Enroll now.
- Proof of a negative COVID-19 test is not required, but ASH encourages in-person attendees to test prior to travel and take advantage of complimentary testing while on site. Learn more.
- Protective masks must be worn by all in-person meeting attendees. Learn more.
* Industry representatives, i.e. pharma employees and exhibit booth staff, are also eligible to enroll in this exclusive membership at the discounted ASH rate of $400.

ASH is continually monitoring the status of the COVID-19 pandemic and additional information regarding the on-site health and safety protocols will be posted to this webpage as it becomes available.
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required for registrants attending the 2022 ASH Annual Meeting in person in New Orleans, Louisiana (learn more and get verified). All attendees must register for the meeting in advance online; there will be no in-person registration.
When you arrive in New Orleans you must show your green health pass and ID at vaccination verification checkpoints prior to picking up your badge. You will not be permitted to access the meeting, or events associated with the annual meeting, until you have gone through vaccination verification and badge pick-up. Please check the hours and plan accordingly.
There are two vaccination verification and badge pickup locations (view hours) (you only have to go to one):
- Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (near baggage claim)
- The Ernest N. Morial Convention Center General Registration Desk

No, you do not need a webcam and can attend in audio-only format. The meeting’s virtual platform will allow you to video chat with other participants but there is no requirement for you to participate with your camera. It is your choice to accept or decline if a participant invites you to a video chat.
Yes, the meeting’s virtual platform can be accessed on a mobile device.
The Exhibit Hall is accessible on the home page of the meeting’s virtual platform.
Access to content on the meeting’s virtual platform is dependent on your registration package. The Real-Time Experience package provides access through January 1, 2023; the Extended Flexibility package allows access through February 1, 2023; and the Best Value package allows access through March 1, 2023. You can always upgrade your subscription at any point if you would like to extend your access beyond what you originally purchased.
The platform will close on March 1, 2023, however, if you would like access to the session recordings after this date, please review ASH Webcast purchasing options. Browse the full program.

The meeting’s virtual platform provides several options for connecting with other participants. Use the "Networking" page to engage in text-based chats, video chats, private video meetings (similar to Zoom) or to connect on a one-on-basis. You can also view sessions together using the innovative “Watch with Friends and Colleagues” feature.

Yes, participants may run or walk through the designated event course in scenic New Orleans, choosing either a 3K or 5K route – or virtually on a route of your choice. The ASH Foundation Run/Walk will take place on Sunday, December 11th. Learn more.
