Virtual Meeting Registration

You can register any time; however, rates will increase after Thursday, November 5, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific time.

Program and Schedule

ASH will be sharing additional information including a detailed meeting schedule in the coming weeks, but please continue to hold December 5-8, 2020 on your calendar, as those will remain the core dates of the meeting. The Friday Satellite Symposia hosted by industry will continue to be offered on Friday, December 4, the day before the official start of the ASH annual meeting. Please reference the preliminary program for the 62nd ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition for the most up-to-date schedule.

Additionally, all registration packages will include Preview Days, beginning on December 2. This provides you with the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the virtual platform so you’re ready to go when the meeting begins. Please reference the Schedule-at-a-Glance for more information.

Yes. The meeting will feature a mix of live and pre-recorded, on-demand sessions. Select pre-recorded sessions will be followed by an interactive, live Q&A with the speakers, where attendees can pose questions and engage in scientific discussion in real time. Most live sessions will be made available on-demand after the session concludes for attendees to watch at their convenience.

Members will automatically receive email updates on this important information, but we encourage others who may be interested in participating in the all-virtual ASH annual meeting to sign up for email updates about the meeting through the Email Subscription Center in your online profile. Sign up, add ash@hematology.org to your address book to ensure delivery, and keep an eye out for email updates. You may also check the ASH website for the most up-to-date information.

The regular call for abstracts has closed. Abstracts selected for presentation will be posted online on November 5, 2020. A call for late-breaking abstracts will be October 19-28, 2020. All oral and poster abstract presentations will take place via ASH’s virtual annual meeting platform. Learn more.

Yes, CME credit and ABIM MOC points will be offered only for select sessions scheduled during the extended meeting dates of December 2-11, 2020. Not all portions of the meeting will offer CME credit and ABIM MOC points.

Physicians will have until April 16, 2021 to claim their credit.

Registration Modifications, Cancellations, and Refunds

If you had previously registered for the in-person annual meeting, you will be contacted with instructions for modifying your reservation with the option to cancel for a full refund or convert your registration to one of several virtual meeting options. Modifications or cancellations must be made on or before Wednesday, November 11, 2020. No refunds will be granted after this date. All registration refunds will be processed in the same manner as original payment. If you made a hotel reservation through the ASH housing site, your reservation was already canceled automatically. Your credit card was not charged.
