Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy
program (REMS). This webpage will

The One Source Treatment Support program provides case managers to assist patients with
their eculizumab therapies. Call 1-888-765-4747

The National Organization for Rare Disorders (NORD) has an assistance program specifically helping
patients with Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH). In some cases, they may be able to assist
with infusion costs for both uninsured and underinsured patients. They may also provide other financial
assistance for other expenses related to patient care. For more information, please call

The PNH Research and Support
can provide limited amounts of funding for disease related expenses not covered
by insurance. For more information,
