Interact With ASH
Stop by the ASH Booth (#1701) in the exhibit hall to learn about the Society’s resources and opportunities for hematologists at all career levels. ASH staff will be available to answer questions about ASH meetings, resources, and initiatives and to assist with membership applications and renewals. Various ASH products will also be for sale at the booth, with deep product discounts available exclusively at the annual meeting.
While you are at the booth, pick up a free giveaway and the most recent issues of ASH publications, including Blood, The Hematologist, and ASH Clinical News.

Network and Collaborate
Small conference rooms for 10 to 20 people will be available for attendees to meet in a more private space to better facilitate networking and collaboration. Rooms will be pre-set with a conference table and chairs, a flat screen monitor, and cables to connect laptops. Each attendee will be limited to one 45-minute reservation per day.

Reservations may also be made on site in ASH Central or through the annual meeting mobile app. Please note that space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Back-to-back reservations are prohibited, and no catering or additional audio-visual equipment is permitted.
Collaboration rooms are intended for non-commercial attendees (physicians, researchers, etc.) to meet with each other. They are not designed nor available for industry representatives to conduct meetings of a commercial nature. Industry is welcome to request ancillary event space or exhibitor meeting rooms.
Multiple seating areas with tables and chairs will be placed in the lobby areas of the Orange County Convention Center to enable attendees to meet one another for informal, impromptu conversations and small meetings.

ASH Park @ The Plaza
Enjoy some fresh air while connecting with other attendees. ASH Park @ The Plaza will be located outside, directly across from the entrance to the Orange County Convention Center, West Building, Hall C Lobby. This covered, fresh-air space is equipped with seating areas, charging stations and Wi-Fi.
ASH Foundation Donor Lounge
Gifts of all amounts to the ASH Foundation are always helpful and appreciated. With cumulative annual giving of $250 or more, you can access the ASH Foundation Donor Lounge during the annual meeting. Qualified donors may bring no more than one guest at a time to the Donor Lounge.
Individuals with cumulative annual giving of $2,500 or more will receive an invitation to the President’s Reception in recognition of their support at that level.
Qualified donors are eligible for a selection of time-sensitive benefits associated with the registration process for the ASH annual meeting. Visit the ASH Foundation website for more information about charitable giving and donor recognition opportunities.
The Donor Lounge will be located in the Gary Sain Café on level 3, on the balcony above the entrance to ASH Central – Hall C in the Orange County Convention Center.
Trainees are invited to visit the Trainee Lounge located in ASH Central (Orange County Convention Center, West Building, Hall C) to meet with colleagues and recharge with complimentary refreshments. Only those with a blue trainee badge will be permitted.

Coat and Baggage Check
ASH annual meeting attendees may check coats and bags at the Orange County Convention Center, West Building, Hall A Lobby next to Group and Exhibitor Registration or [insert second location].
ASH is pleased to offer internet access to all attendees in public lobbies and meeting rooms at the Orange County Convention Center and Hyatt Regency Orlando. This complimentary service is provided to support annual meeting activities requiring internet access, web browsing, and email connectivity.Wi-Fi Zone for 2.4 GHz Devices
The Orange County Convention Center operates on the newer 5.0 GHz wireless spectrum. ASH understands many of our international attendees have devices that only operate on the 2.4 GHz wireless spectrum. Therefore, ASH will also offer multiple 2.4 GHz zone for annual meeting attendees with phones and tablets that are unable to connect to the convention center 5.0 Ghz Wi-Fi.
The 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi zones will be located at the following locations at the Orange County Convention Center, West Building. Those with 2.4 GHz devices will only have access to Wi-Fi in these zones.
- Room 201 Lobby, Level 2
- Room 313 Lobby, Level 2
- Room 330 Lobby, Level 3

Convention center staff will be available at information desks throughout the Orange County Convention Center to provide assistance with brochures and maps, lost and found, wheelchair service, and information about the location of key ASH meeting areas.
Tourism and Concierge Desk
The Tourism and Concierge Desk offers complimentary restaurant reservation services and features brochures on attractions in the Orlando metro area. It is located in the Hall C Lobby at the Orange County Convention Center.
FedEx Office Business Center
The Orange County Convention Center business center is located in the Hall C Lobby. The business center is run by FedEx Office and provides full-service business needs, including photocopying, faxing, and printing services, as well as the ability to print posters. Office supplies are also available for purchase.
Automated teller machines (ATMs) are available in the following locations at the Orange County Convention Center, West Building:

Rooms available for prayer, meditation, and reflection are available in the Orange County Convention Center, West Building for attendee use beginning Friday, December 6 until Tuesday, December 10. Quiet rooms are intended to provide a calm environment free of conference stimuli and should not be used for conversations and meetings.

Services for Persons With Disabilities
ASH is committed to offering an accessible meeting environment for persons with disabilities. During the annual meeting registration process, please indicate any assistance you may require, and ASH staff will contact you to discuss your specific needs.
For persons requiring mobility assistance, ASH recommends Scootaround Mobility Solutions for rental of mobility scooters. Please reserve at least two weeks in advance by calling 888-441-7575.
ASH has partnered with Kushner & Associates for wheelchair-accessible ASH shuttles from hotels on the shuttle route. Please see the ASH shuttle supervisor at the Orange County Convention Center during shuttle hours or make advance arrangements by phone. ASH Wellness Studio – New This Year!
In between sessions and throughout the day, ASH will feature informal micro-learning on various aspects of resiliency and wellness in the ASH Wellness Studio, where there will be short presentations and stand-up audience participation.
Topics in the lab will be geared towards helping professionals lead a balanced, productive and healthy work life balance through wellness. No registration is necessary, and micro-talks will be available Saturday, December 7, to Monday, December 9, in the Orange County Convention Center, West Building, Hall C Lobby.
Treadmills and Stationary Bikes
Watch select sessions and get your blood flowing by taking advantage of the treadmills and stationary bikes located in the ASH Live: Remote Session Viewing area in ASH Central (Orange County Convention Center, West Building, Hall C).
Yoga @ The Park – New This Year!

Resources for Parents
Child Care – New This Year – It's Free!
For safety reasons, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the exhibit hall or poster hall. Additionally, ASH prohibits children and infants in sessions, as they may distract the speakers and other attendees.
To help support parents attending the annual meeting, ASH has made arrangements with KiddieCorp to provide free child-care services at the meeting beginning on Friday, December 6, through Tuesday, December 10. KiddieCorp staff members are bonded and trained child-care specialists. Snacks, light meals, and beverages will be provided each day.

Nursing Mothers' Room
Dedicated lounges will be available for nursing mothers in safe, accessible areas throughout the convention center. Each nursing mothers’ lounge will provide a private, comfortable area equipped with lockable doors, furniture, and power outlets to use for pumping sessions during the ASH annual meeting.
A refrigerator will be available in the child care room for safe storage.
