NEW RESOURCE FOR PATIENTS – THE ASH GUIDE TO CLINICAL TRIALS

The Patient Resources section of the ASH Web site now includes a guide for patients about clinical trials. The ASH Guide to Clinical Trials is available in an easy-to-print PDF format, and can be personalized with the treating physician's contact information. Doctors and nurses are encouraged to print and distribute the guide to patients or refer them to www.hematology.org/patients. The ASH Web site also provides access to additional information about various blood diseases as well as providing links to patient groups, other blood disease resources, and the Find-a-Hematologist search tool.
