Award for Research Careers in Hematology
The ASH Award for Research Careers in Hematology (ARCH) succeeds the ASH Bridge Grant program, introducing refinements that include decoupling the program from the National Institutes of Health R01 funding mechanism. ARCH is now an independent award designed to make research in hematology more accessible to independent investigators.
ASH Committee on Quality
The committee oversees the development and dissemination of clinical practice guidelines, and quality performance measures. Committee members also represent ASH at quality forums and meetings.
ASH Committee on Practice
The committee communicates with other organizations that have programs and policies that affect hematology practice. The committee responds to practice-related issues, ASH member requests, and matters of importance at the regional, state, and local levels.
ASH Clinicians in Practice (ACIP)
ACIP was developed to amplify the voices of practitioners within ASH and is comprised of practicing hematologists across the U.S. with interests in hematology care issues, quality of care, new health care delivery systems, and practice management issues.
Hematology/Oncology State Societies
ASH works with state hematology/oncology societies to meet the needs of practicing hematologists. ASH partnerships offer state societies collaboration opportunities, including on the Meeting on Hematologic Malignancies and Highlights of ASH. State societies are also very involved in state Medicare reimbursement through the annual ASH Career Advisory Committees (CAC) Meeting.
Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) play a vital role in hematology, and ASH is committed to recognizing their unique contributions and supporting their professional growth. See free resources and member-exclusive benefits for APPs.
