Hurricane Katrina Medicare Contractor and CMS Regional Office Contacts
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has posted regional contact information for areas damaged by Hurricane Katrina. The Atlanta and Dallas regional CMS offices have taken point on handling inquiries and providing information.
