Registration
All workshop attendees must register either online or on site. The advance registration fee is $100 for those who register prior to Friday, June 17 (please note that this can only be done online and with a credit card). The on-site registration fee is $120. The registration fee includes a continental breakfast, buffet lunch, and light refreshments throughout the day. The registration fee is waived for federal employees, however they are asked confirm their attendance with ASH Government Affairs and Practice Coordinator Stephanie Kart at skart@hematology.org or (202) 776-0544, by Friday, June 17.
