ASH Comments on Proposed Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment System Changes

August 28, 2008 – On August 27, ASH submitted comments on proposed revisions to the Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment System. ASH expressed particular concerns about inadequate payment for dosimetric doses of certain radioimmunotherapy agents (RIT), and suggested that CMS reconsider the means of payment for these agents.
