Priority Booth Placement Deadline: Companies/organizations with priority points must submit the Application to Exhibit by this date

Monday, July 7
Open Booth Placement: Exhibit hall placement open to all companies/organizations on a first-come, first-served basis

Thursday, August 21
Annual meeting abstract submission deadline

Friday, September 5
Deadline to:

• Cancel exhibiting contracts to receive a refund (less a $250 processing fee); requests to cancel booth space received after this date will not be eligible for a refund
  
  
• Request a refund for downsizing booth space; requests to downsize booth space received after this date will not be eligible for a refund
  
  
• Submit an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Form
  
  
• Submit a Certificate of Insurance from Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (booth size 1,000 sq. feet or larger only)
  
  
• Provide design layouts for island and multi-level booths (1,000 sq. feet or larger only)

Wednesday, September 10
Deadline for requesting group housing

Thursday, November 6
Deadline for:

• Exhibitor Hotel Reservation
• Exhibitor Registration
• Hospitality Suite Request
• Approval of Giveaway Form
• Meeting Room Request Form
• Advance Registration List Order Form

Wednesday, December 3
Exhibitor move-in begins (target freight times and dates will be assigned for move-in)

Saturday, December 6
Show opens

Monday, December 8
Show closes
