Complete the exhibitor application. Full payment in the form of a check or money order should be mailed with a copy of your application to the address listed on the application. Payment by credit card or wire transfer is not accepted.
What does my payment include?
Your payment includes the cost of the physical space rental only. Exhibitors are responsible for the costs of carpeting and furniture obtained through our general contractor, Freeman Decorating Company.
Is carpeting required?
Yes, all booths must be carpeted by Friday, December 5, at 5:00 p.m. There are no exceptions to this rule.
What are the show colors for the exhibit hall?
The carpet color will be blue and the pipe and drape will be gray and burgundy. To provide a uniform exhibit hall, please plan to choose your booth colors in accordance with the ASH colors.
Are exhibitors required to register the individuals who will staff the booth?
Yes, all exhibitors are responsible for registering each individual attending the meeting. Please see the exhibitor registration page to complete your registration and reserve your housing. Group housing is available for groups of 12 or more.
How many badges are allotted to each company?
A limited number of complimentary exhibit-hall-only badges will be given to each exhibitor. Three badges are allotted per 100 square feet of exhibit space reserved, up to a maximum of 75 badges. Additional exhibit-hall-only badges may be requested for a fee of $50 per badge during the online registration process.
What are priority points?
The priority-point system is designed to recognize companies that support ASH and its activities and to encourage new companies to participate. Priority points not only determine exhibit hall placement, but also help determine placement for group housing blocks. These points are calculated based on the company’s prior three years of participation. For example, the 2008 annual meeting standings have been determined by the points accumulated during 2005-2007. Please see page 16 for additional information. Questions regarding the priority-point system or support opportunities may be directed to development@hematology.org.
Do I have priority points?
If you are a returning exhibitor, you have acquired priority points. Please see the priority-points list or contact Arthinia Morgan at amorgan@hematology.org for your point standing.
What kind of giveaways are permitted?
Giveaways must be small in size and useful to the participants at the meeting and/or in their professional activities. Bags of any kind are strictly prohibited. Only the official ASH bag is allowed.
Who is my primary contact for my exhibition needs?
Arthinia Morgan manages all aspects of the ASH exhibition. She can be reached at amorgan@hematology.org or 202-776-0544, ext. 5261.
