Abstracts selected for poster presentations feature new advancements in hematologic research and are considered among the best of the thousands submitted for the 2007 ASH Annual Meeting. ASH invites meeting attendees to take advantage of these special opportunities to meet the abstract authors, discuss their research, and ask them questions. Light snacks and beverages will be provided. (Please note that photography, videotaping, and audio recording are not allowed in the exhibit hall.)
ASH Bash: Rubbing Fins with Fishes and Friends
Monday, December 10, 7:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
In addition to the educational and scientific experience, another critical component of the ASH meeting is the outstanding opportunity to make new acquaintances from around the world, renew long-held friendships, and mingle with experts and leaders in the field. Attendees are invited to take a well-earned break from the intensive lectures and program sessions to enjoy an exciting evening of fun and networking at the ASH Bash, to be held in the beautiful Georgia Aquarium.
At this reception, attendees will enjoy scrumptious hors d’oeuvres, drinks, and relaxing classical music with their friends and colleagues in a casual atmosphere. Attendees may also fully explore this unique venue. The Georgia Aquarium is the world’s largest, with eight million gallons of fresh and marine water and more than 100,000 animals representing 500 species worldwide.

Tickets for the event are $25 per person, which includes admission to the entire aquarium, two complimentary drinks, and plentiful hors d'oeuvres. You may purchase tickets on the meeting registration form, online, or on site.
