Stem Cell Clonality and Genotoxicity Retreat

Location: The Peabody Orlando

Dates and Times:

  • Tuesday, December 12, 2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, December 13, 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Insertional mutagenesis has developed as a major concern in human stem cell gene therapy trials. The field has moved incredibly fast in the past three years to understand the mechanisms involved and to develop and test new vector designs to reduce the frequency and severity of insertional activation events. This meeting brings together international experts in all aspects of vector design, insertional mutation, and stem cell clonality for informed discussions of the state of the art in this field. Space is limited. Detailed meeting and registration information is available online.
