Air Travel

Agents are available for reservations from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday. You may also contact your own travel agency, or contact United Airlines directly at 800-521-4041, and refer to the ID number 530IB to receive the special meeting discount.

Airport Transportation

LYNX Buses are available for transportation from the Orlando International Airport to International Drive, where the Orange County Convention Center is located. Travel time is approximately 60 minutes and the cost is $1.50 each way. These buses are available on Level 1 of the Main Terminal, on the B side, in the Commercial Lane spaces B12-B14. A taxi ride from the airport to International Drive is approximately 20-30 minutes with fares ranging from $33-$39 one way. Shuttle vans are also available and cost approximately $15 per person one way and $25 per person round trip. Taxis and shuttle vans are located on Level 1 on both the A and B sides of the Main Terminal.

Parking Information

Several parking facilities are located next to the Orange County Convention Center. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and the fee is $10 per car, per entry.

ASH Shuttle Bus Service

ASH will provide complimentary shuttle service between the participating hotels and the West Building of the Orange County Convention Center. Shuttle buses will run approximately every 10-20 minutes starting at 12:00 noon on Thursday, December 7, and continuing each morning beginning at 6:30 a.m. through Tuesday, December 12, at 6:30 p.m. Each evening, shuttle buses will run until 9:30 p.m. Look for shuttle bus schedules in your hotel lobby.

Attention International Travelers!

ASH encourages you to start your visa application process as soon as possible. Because of new U.S. State Department regulations, U.S. embassies and consulates may require a face-to-face visa interview for most non-immigrant visa applications. We encourage you to apply at least 3-4 months before the annual meeting. To schedule an interview for the visa application process, please contact the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate.
