Meet-the-Expert Sessions
Saturday, December 9, and Sunday, December 10
This year, ASH has scheduled a total of 58 experts from all over the world who will facilitate informal discussions allowing participants to present their questions and gain new perspectives. These sessions will take place at a new time, from 11:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m., and ticket fees will include a box lunch for each attendee.
Ticket Prices (per session)
ASH members and ASH Associate members: $20
Non-members: $30
Tickets are very limited and only available on site on a first-come, first-served basis. Only one ticket per person is allowed. Please note that the Meet-the-Expert sessions are restricted to registered medical professionals only; no businesspersons or media will be admitted. These tickets can be purchased at the Meet-the-Expert counter in the ASH registration area of the West Building of the Orange County Convention Center starting Thursday, December 7, during the registration hours until all tickets are sold. Each room assignment will be indicated on the ticket. Please check your ticket carefully to ensure proper date, time, location, and session choice.

As ASH encourages fellows to participate in these sessions, a number of tickets will be reserved for fellows. Proof of status as an ASH Associate member or non-member in training will be required to purchase a ticket. Please show your name badge to the staff at the Meet-the-Expert ticket counter.
