II. PHYSICAL EXAM

Vital signs are normal. ENT exam, pulmonary, cardiovascular, and abdomen exam are normal. Extremity exam shows a normal right leg but her left leg is larger than her right and shows 2+ edema. Its coloration is slightly dusky and the leg is painful on palpation.
