II. PHYSICAL EXAM

BP - 125/90, PR - 88 regular, Respiration - 12/min. There were no significant changes in the BP and PR in the supine and upright positions.
General appearance: Pale female in no acute distress.
Physical Exam: Pale conjunctiva; no adenopathy; no hepatosplenomegaly; marked kyphoscoliosis.

The following are the patient’s answers to additional questions. Select the statements that provide useful information.
She is taking aspirin 81 mg daily for the prevention of heart disease.
She is a vegetarian who eats a lot of cereal.
