II. PHYSICAL EXAM

Vital signs are normal, except for a temperature of 100 °F. The patient’s exam is unremarkable. The Neuro exam is non-focal. The patient has another neurologic episode while in the ER, causing a left facial droop and mild dysarthria. Within an hour, the symptoms and signs were resolved, and the exam is again non-focal.
