Traveling to the ASH Annual Meeting
ASH encourages you to start your visa application process as early as possible at least three to four months to attent the ASH annual meeting. Because of new U.S. State Department regulations, U.S. embassies and consulates may require a face-to-face visa interview for most non-immigrant visa applications. To schedule an interview for the visa application process, please contact the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate. For more information, please visit www.state.gov/travelandbusiness.
To receive an invitation letter from ASH, please e-mail your complete name and mailing address to meetings@hematology.org.
