hematology documentary “Blood Detectives” on Discovery Health or the screening
at last year’s annual meeting, be sure to watch it on your local PBS station in
the coming weeks. Check your local
listings for air dates. You can also go

country.
“Blood Detectives,” produced by
award-winning filmmaker Joseph Lovett, details the secrets and mysteries of
human blood and the hematologists who unravel these medical mysteries. The film
follows 10 patients who are affected by some of the most common, and sometimes
deadliest, blood disorders. This hour-long show follows prominent hematologists
from the bench to the bedside, as they work to help cure patients with blood
diseases.
“Blood Detectives” was supported by ASH and the
