Hotel Accommodations
The 2012 Highlights of ASH® in Austin, Texas will be held at the Hilton Austin. When you call to make your hotel reservation for Highlights of ASH®, please identify yourself as an American Society of Hematology meeting attendee. Rates cannot be adjusted at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time their reservation is made.

Room Rate
$169 per night plus tax (currently 15%) for a single or double occupancy room. Please note that upon making your reservation you will be required to provide a first night’s deposit, refundable up to 72 hours in advance of your reservation.

Hotel Cancellations
Hotel cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a penalty. For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date, or failure to check in, you will be charged one night’s room rate (plus tax).
Ground Transportation
The Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is located 7 miles from the Hilton Austin.
Super Shuttle is available to transport guests between the airport and the hotel. The cost is $13 one way. Guests can visit www.supershuttle.com or call 1-800-BlueVan to make reservations. Taxis are also readily available and cost about $25.
Parking
Self parking is available at the hotel for $20 per day. Valet parking is also available for $27.
