The 2012 Highlights of ASH® in Orlando, Florida will be held at The Peabody Orlando. When you call to make your hotel reservation for Highlights of ASH®, please identify yourself as an American Society of Hematology meeting attendee. Rates cannot be adjusted at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time their reservation is made.

$229 per night plus a 1% taxable surcharge and tax (currently 12.5%) for a single or double occupancy room.

Hotel Cancellations
Hotel cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a penalty. For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date, or failure to check in, you will be charged one night’s room rate (plus tax).
Ground Transportation
The Peabody Orlando is approximately 14 miles from the Orlando International Airport.
Ground transportation is provided by Mears Transportation for $19 one way or $30 round trip. Reservations can be made online at www.mearstransportation.com or by calling 407-423-5566.
Parking
Self parking at the Peabody Orlando is available for $14 a night. Valet parking is also available for $22/night plus tax.
