The 2012 Highlights of ASH® in New York, New York will be held at the Grand Hyatt New York. When you call to make your hotel reservation for Highlights of ASH®, please identify yourself as an American Society of Hematology meeting attendee. Rates cannot be adjusted at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time their reservation is made.

Hotel Cancellations
Hotel cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a penalty. For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date, or failure to check in, you will be charged one night’s room rate (plus tax).
Ground Transportation
The Grand Hyatt New York is located nine miles from LaGuardia Airport and 18 miles from John F. Kennedy International Airport. New York Airport Service is available from both airports. The cost from LaGuardia is $12 one way and $21 round trip. The cost from JFK is $15 one way and $27 round trip. Please note that the shuttles stop on Park Avenue about a ½ block away from the hotel and not directly in front of the hotel. Taxis are also readily available for $25 from LaGuardia and $45 from JFK.
Parking
Valet parking is available at the hotel for $60 per day.
